The Excursion Programme
In many ways, Oxford is the perfect location for our International students to experience all the UK has to offer; it is close enough to visit London, it is a beautiful city in its own right and it also has a number of attractions nearby, so that we can offer students a variety of day-trips to fantastic places including:
Thorpe Park
With over thirty extreme rides and attractions, and one of the world's most terrifying roller coasters, enjoy an exhilarating day out at one of the nation's most popular theme parks!
Windsor
Spend the day visiting the beautiful and historic town of Windsor, including a river cruise along the River Thames, and a trip to see Windsor Castle, one of the official residences of Her Majesty The Queen.
Splashdown
With thrilling water rides, as well as relaxing, lazy river rides, there is something for everyone at Splashdown. Be prepared for an exciting, fun and wet day out at the UK's biggest waterpark.
Warwick
Visit Warwick Castle; one of medieval England's finest castles and the scene of battles, dungeons and ghost stories. Afterwards, enjoy exploring the picturesque streets of this famous market town.
Bristol & The Science Museum
There is so much to see and do in Bristol - with its vibrant waterside, fascinating history and fabulous shopping centre. Our students will enjoy the best of Bristol plus a visit to the state-of-the-art interactive science centre.
